  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Due to high demand, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days.

  • These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, or courier issues.

5. Subscription Services

  • We offer subscription-based purchases for certain products on a monthly basis.

  • By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method at the agreed interval until you cancel.

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time by logging into your account or by contacting us at info@selva-botanica.com.

  • Cancellations made prior to the next billing date will stop all future charges. Payments already processed are non-refundable unless required by law.

  • We reserve the right to update pricing for subscriptions, but customers will be notified in advance and given the opportunity to cancel before changes take effect.
